By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

🛍 Product Use & Licensing

All digital files, clipart, graphics, branding, and artwork from Cherry Blush Designs are for personal or small business use only, unless otherwise stated.

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share my files in any form (drives, groups, DMs, etc.)

  • Claim my designs as your own

  • Modify, alter, edit, or change my artwork for resale

  • Use my files to create new digital products

  • Sell my designs as “digitals,” “clipart,” or “PNGs” — even if changed

  • Use my artwork for print-on-demand (POD) platforms

  • Train AI models or feed my art into any dataset

  • Convert my designs into SVGs for resale

  • Use my branding, mockups, or product layouts for your own listings

You may use the files to create physical products (shirts, stickers, keychains, molds, etc.) for your small business, unless a listing states otherwise.

🎨 Do Not Alter My Artwork

My designs are not to be:

  • Changed

  • Edited

  • Color-shifted

  • Combined with other art

  • Turned into new PNGs or clipart sets

  • Used as bases, templates, or traced

If the design is altered, it still remains my intellectual property.

💸 Refunds & Returns

All sales are final.
I do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on:

  • Digital items

  • Physical items

  • Custom designs

Please read descriptions carefully and ask questions before purchasing.

📥 Downloads & File Access

You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files after purchase.
If you have issues accessing your files, I’m happy to help — but I can’t resend files indefinitely.

👩💻 Custom Projects

I reserve the right to decline any custom project or request that doesn’t match my style, boundaries, or current workload.
I want to create work that aligns with my brand — and that you’ll love, too.

🚫 Respect My Work

Don’t steal, trace, copy, distribute, or do weird sneaky stuff with my art.
Be respectful, be ethical, and keep things cute.
